AJ Valencia, President
A California native, AJ Valencia found his calling in the great outdoors. After serving his country in the US Army Rangers, AJ earned his business degree and cut his teeth in hospitality. But it was the green industry that captured his heart. As a landscape account manager, AJ discovered his passion for trees. Over the next decade, he mastered every aspect of tree care operations. Driven to share his expertise, AJ founded a consulting firm in 2023 to help struggling tree businesses thrive. This led him to launch Green Guardian in 2024, bringing sustainable arboriculture to communities across the country. With his military service, business savvy, and arborist expertise, AJ lives out his purpose of nurturing the earth's green guardians.
